Lathrop Little League runs on the dedication of our volunteers! Every season, parents, family members, and community supporters come together to make baseball and softball possible for our kids. Whether it’s helping at the fields, supporting teams, or working behind the scenes, your time and effort make a huge difference.

We currently have volunteer openings in several key areas:

• Snack Shack Crew – Help serve food and drinks while keeping the heart of our ballpark running.

• Coaching & Assistant Coaching – Guide our players, teach fundamentals, and build team spirit.

• Scorekeeping & Announcing – Be part of the game-day action.

• Field Maintenance – Assist with field prep and improvements.

• Event Volunteers – Support Opening Day, Picture Day, and other league events.

No experience is required—just a willingness to help and a positive attitude. Training and guidance are always provided.
