FIELD AVAILABILITY AND USAGE

Field Booking Availability

  • Fields may be booked by coaches only for practice when not in use.

  • Check the field schedule for availability before requesting a reservation.

  • Practice reservations are limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

  • Practices scheduled prior to games must vacate the field at least 30 minutes before game start time.

Field Practice Rules

  • End practices on time and clear the field promptly so the next practice or game can begin as scheduled.

  • Remove all trash from the dugouts.

HOW TO BOOK A FIELD

Step 1: Check Availability

  • View the field and cage schedule HERE

Step 2: Submit Your Request

  • Text

    • Team name

    • Field number

    • Requested day and time

⚠️ Only coaches may submit booking requests. Parents should not text requests.

Step 3: Confirmation

  • Requests are honored in the order received.

  • Availability on the calendar does not guarantee your reservation.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until:

    • It appears on the field schedule and

    • You receive a confirmation response

  • If you do not hear back, assume the reservation is not confirmed.

Step 4: Verify

  • Once confirmed, double-check the field schedule.

  • Report any discrepancies immediately.
